Agent Cruz began the session with guarded body language and clipped responses.

Asked me to put the AC on, seemed sweaty and uncomfortable. Why does he always look like he's expecting to get jumped?

Field observations from peers all note a strong shift in confidence and demeanor when Agent Cruz is placed in an undercover role. Outside of that, described as 'difficult to work with', 'awkward', 'passive aggressive'.

Agent Cruz indicated that he was uncomfortable with my taking notes in front of him. When I asked why, he told me that it made him paranoid. I asked what he thought I was writing that made him so nervous, and he replied--"I don't know. Something about how I'm crazy or neurotic or unfit for duty." I asked him if he would like to talk about why he would think he's unfit for duty, and he accused me of trying to trick him into perjuring himself.

Agent Cruz asked if I was going to ask him about his mother or something. I reminded Agent Cruz that he has done this evaluation many times over the years. He seemed upset when he told me it was supposed to be a joke. It is my professional opinion that he's a fucking prick.

The agent in charge of the operation found Cruz's attention to detail and acting abilities impressive in the course of the investigation, and gained Overseer approval to recruit him to the Windy City branch.

When I Grow Up

When I grow up I will be a spy and travel around the world and beat up the bad guys. Spies have gadgets that do things like shoot out ink to blind the bad guys, or laser guns that melt the locks on the doors. My favorite spy is Codename Agent Veronica which comes on TV at 7 pm on Saturday night so grandma lets me stay up and watch it. She has a silver grappling hook gun and lipstick that turns into a laser, and she always catches the criminals because she's always one step ahead of them. I want to help people like she does, like when she helped a girl who was a orphan and guys were chasing her because her dad left her a big diamond.

When I grow up I will have a silver grappling hook gun and lipstick that's purple and can be a laser and melt locks. I'll fight bad guys with karate and keep the world safe.

On XX/XX/XXXX Agents Cruz and [redacted] were carrying out a standard infiltration mission gathering intel. Agent Cruz was planted as a guest at a charity ball and Agent [redacted] was planted as a member of the waitstaff. Agent [redacted]'s identity was compromised and at 22 hours 45 minutes the agents were ordered to withdraw. During extraction, Agent [redacted]'s gear failed and he sustained heavy injury. Agent [redacted]'s gear showed signs of tampering on post-mission inspection, launching an internal investigation. After a month's investigation it was determined that Agent Cruz had tampered with Agent [redacted]'s gear, and after questioning he gave a confession. The tampering in question was not extensive enough to be lethal, and Agent Cruz's confession corroborated that there was no intent to kill Agent [redacted]. Agent Cruz was placed on probation and transferred to the Silver City branch, with a review planned within two years time.
